Jack Dorman<\/p><\/div>\n

Hi, I’m Jack.\u00a0 I grew up in Wink, Texas, a very small west Texas town.\u00a0 I attended the University of Texas in Austin where I graduated with a degree in Mathematics.\u00a0 I began working at Texas Instruments while working on a master’s degree in Computer Science,.\u00a0 While at TI, I worked on advanced mainframe computer systems (Software development).\u00a0 Since that time, I have worked for a variety of companies including, Intel, Tandem, Interactive Systems Corp., SHL system House, and consulted in other settings. I have worked in development, support, managed technical teams, opened new business fronts and project management.<\/p>\n

My wife (Debbie Dorman<\/a>) and I have been part of Hope Chapel<\/a>, a non-denominational church in Austin, Texas since 1978, serving in various roles, including worship leaders, elder, executive pastor and senior pastor.\u00a0 I have recently stepped down from that role and am beginning to seek new adventures.\u00a0 We have a son, Jeffrey Dorman, who is a musician \/ computer guy here in Austin.\u00a0 He is now married<\/a> to Rachel Tuckness Dorman and we are very happy for them and us.
